Sol Naios Najchaus Honored by Off Town Magazine for Excellence in Digital Marketing
Off Town Magazine, the New York City-based lifestyle print and digital publication, proudly recognized Sol Naios Najchaus for her distinguished career and remarkable contributions to the world of Digital Marketing.
Each month, Off Town Magazine selects an outstanding professional from an influential field within the lifestyle industry, and this month the spotlight turned to Digital Marketing — an industry that continues to redefine how brands connect, communicate, and grow in the modern world. In recognition of her achievements, Sol Naios Najchaus received a special award from Off Town Magazine during an exclusive presentation in Miami.
With 10 years of experience in digital marketing, the Argentine specialist has built a career defined not by fleeting trends or viral formulas, but by strategic structure, brand positioning, and sustainable communication systems. Her approach resembles architectural work more than conventional social media management: organizing, designing, and building communication strategies that stand the test of time.
Sol’s professional journey began during a period when many companies still considered social media secondary to traditional marketing channels. Between 2015 and 2016, she gained her first hands-on experience managing social media for a footwear showroom, developing practical knowledge in an industry evolving at incredible speed. Over time, that early experience evolved into a highly strategic professional profile focused on content as an integrated system rather than isolated posts.
Her strategic mindset became especially evident through her work at OM Agency and Action Agency, where from October 2016 through February 2022 she led digital strategy, content planning, advertising campaigns, and social media growth for multiple brands. Her role went far beyond execution — it involved shaping communication strategies, defining brand voice, and designing both organic and paid expansion systems.
At the same time, she developed an independent consulting career, working with more than 40 brands across Argentina and Uruguay. Her focus included creative strategy, content architecture, positioning, and community building for companies seeking more than just visibility — they wanted long-term growth and meaningful audience connection.
One of the most demanding chapters of her career came through her work with Avatar Advertising Agency, where between March 2017 and December 2019 she managed digital marketing and social media moderation for Sony Pictures Latin America. Managing large-scale entertainment accounts required not only speed but also editorial judgment, brand sensitivity, and the ability to navigate massive online communities while maintaining message consistency.
Her professional experience also includes an important institutional role. In December 2021, Sol joined RENAPER — Argentina’s National Registry of Persons — within the Ministry of the Interior, serving as Digital Marketing and Social Media Coordinator until February 2022. In the public sector, communication serves a very different purpose: beyond marketing, it must guide, inform, and responsibly engage with thousands of citizens on a daily basis.
During this same period, she also worked as Content Team Manager for Terapiamia.com, leading content teams and digital strategy initiatives from July 2021 to February 2022. The position required leadership, editorial coordination, and the ability to transform business objectives into coherent communication systems.
One of the defining aspects of Sol’s career has been her ability to transform brands by restructuring and strengthening their communication strategies. In 2021, she led the complete rebranding of Tufic Helados, redesigning the company’s positioning, visual identity, and digital strategy to create a more organized and recognizable presence across social media. Shortly afterward, she developed one of the brand’s most successful campaigns — a strategy designed to turn every purchase into user-generated content, significantly increasing visibility and sales.
This combination of creative vision and systematic thinking has become one of the strongest trademarks of her professional identity. For Sol, marketing is not simply about generating viral moments; it is about creating communication systems capable of delivering consistent and sustainable results.
As a consultant, her portfolio includes several notable milestones. In October 2020, she designed a “digital drop” launch strategy for Sweet Oficial that generated strong engagement and media attention. On October 5, 2022, she created a Vintage Capsule campaign to relaunch the brand’s iconic “little eyes” logo, using nostalgia and identity-driven storytelling to achieve strong commercial performance.
In May 2023, she also provided strategic consulting for influencer Aldana Abadi through Fandel Marketing, focusing on audience growth and positioning. Her consulting work is grounded not in motivational speeches but in strategic diagnosis, organization, and execution.
When asked how she defines herself professionally, Sol explains:
“Someone who organizes, structures, and transforms ideas into clear, powerful, and sustainable communication systems. I consider myself organized, creative, responsible, and highly strategic.”
When discussing her core strength, she adds:
“My ability is quickly identifying what is failing in a communication strategy and reorganizing it so it works. I can easily detect positioning, messaging, or format problems and turn them into concrete opportunities for improvement.”
Her professional profile is further strengthened by an academic background connected to advertising and media. She studied at ORT Technical School with a specialization in Media, later earning technical training in Advertising before continuing her studies in Advertising at UCES University. She also completed additional education in creativity, design, community management, and advertising platforms — all supporting her core philosophy of prioritizing strategy before tactics.
Beyond her agency and consulting work, Sol has also contributed to education. In August 2022, she served as a guest lecturer at the National University of Tres de Febrero (UNTREF), where she taught a special class for entrepreneurs focused on digital growth and social media strategy. The role reflected her professional approach: helping others organize ideas, refine criteria, and transform intuition into sustainable systems.
Today, marketing is often confused with noise and instant visibility. Sol Naios Najchaus has built a career grounded in structure, strategic analysis, and effective intervention. Her signature is not the promise of “going viral,” but understanding why communication fails — and rebuilding it so that it truly works.
